Do you only service Smart Cold equipment?
No. We service equipment from any manufacturer. For Smart Cold equipment, we are the only factory-authorized service provider.
How often do visits happen?
Frequency is set in the plan, based on the criticality of each system: what stops your operation gets more attention. The plan is reviewed based on report history.
What does the visit report include?
Measurements (pressures, temperatures, currents), services performed, non-conformities and prioritized recommendations. It is your system’s documented history.
Does preventive replace corrective?
It helps reduce failures but does not eliminate the need for corrective work. Service priority and response times depend on the contracted plan.
