Where we come from
Ricardo de Souza Neto began his career in industrial refrigeration in 2002. Over more than two decades, he worked at major companies in the industry and on projects across Brazil and Latin America. Founded in 2010, Frio Ideal brings this field experience to system design, installation and maintenance, with in-house engineering and service for equipment from any manufacturer.
